You must select the date of your visit when purchasing online tickets. Tickets are date-specific and are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Tickets are valid during regular winter zoo hours (11 a.m. - 4 p.m.) only and may not be used for special events or after hour events. Winter season is November 1 - March 31. 

Adult tickets are valid for any guest 15 years of age or older. Children under 2 are free.

Akron Zoo members receive free general admission and can be redeemed at the Barnhardt Family Welcome Center.
